He is well-versed in AutoCAD, having completed foundational training and obtained a Diploma in Electrical CAD from the International Brand Institute. Additionally, Anand holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. Professionally, Anand has a diverse background with significant achievements in the financial and human resources sectors, founding Anand Financial Services and Anand HR Management Services. He also plays a pivotal role in real estate development as a Senior Marketing Manager at Thangai Estates and Construction Pvt Ltd, and as a Zonal Head for VIP Housing and Properties Pvt Ltd in Chennai. Anand is a committed Christian, having taken water baptism and is a regular church attendee. He maintains clean habits and has invested in the Life Insurance Corporation Limited (LIC) in Chennai.

I am deeply rooted in a devout and Pentecostal family. I am passionate about expressing my faith through singing and actively participate in children's ministry.
